Norway Tour

Just recently Rotary had its last event with the oldies. We went from Oslo, up the west coast to Bergen and then to Trondheim. It was fantastic to see everyone again and it was very sad to see some for the last time.

On the tour, we started in Oslo and went around the Oslo area. On the first proper day, we went to the animal park where we saw Crocodiles and Bears. The day after we went on the ferry and looked at the fjord and some of Norway's beautiful nature. We also went on a large bike ride, this was an extremely fun activity as we went through the beautiful Norwegian nature with friends. The next day we went rafting. This was extremely fun and scary, I want to do this again.

That afternoon we all went to Bergen. We climbed a very amazing hill then climbed down. This was an amazing view. The next day we went around Bergen seeing the most amazing architecture and things Bergen had to offer. That night we went to Rotarian's house where we played a game, the game is to guess the weight, length, and amount of certain objects. I won this by guessing, I won a cup.

On our trip from Bergen to Trondheim, we stayed one night in a rural area of cabins that were on the fjord, this night was extremely fun as all the exchange students were boating. The following two days were also very fun as we were in rural Norway on the fjords.

On our last day, we visit Ålesund and the famous bridge, that night we arrived in Trondheim. This night was the best of all due to the flag singing and time in Trondheim city. I had a fantastic night, but the following morning was not as great due to having to say bye to all the oldies. This was very sad but we will hopefully see them again.
