One day left...

On my last day until departure I have learnt to cook some dishes, and had a family dinner in celebration of my upcoming absence. I have been researching accommodation for the ski trip, I have found the cabins we will be staying at. The cabins can contain 11 people so I look forward to sharing and living with others.

Today I learn to cook some dishes, I learnt to make Larb Gai and Pavlova, (it's not very Aussie not knowing how to cook a pav). I hope to make these dishes for my host family's. I will definitely make the Pavlova on Australia day (will explain Australia day very lightly due to it's controversy.)

I met my second host family yesterday, we visited Manly with them and went swimming. It was very enjoyable meeting them, learning from them was also very fun! The irony with them was that I was standing on a beach with them and in three days, I will be in -3.

All in all, I am very excited for going on this trip. Thanks to everyone for reading.
